  • Students must cancel a scheduled class at least 7hrs prior to the start time. Our classes are intentionally designed for a small class setting. Other students should have the opportunity to join the class if a space becomes available. This is a courtesy to all Essence students. You will lose your class credit if you late cancel under the 7hr window.

  • Classes require a 2-student minimum. If 2 students do not sign up for a class 2 hours before the class is to begin, the class will be canceled and students will receive their credits back.
